Your intro made me laugh!
The first quote is just for me - I have been battling a few negative thoughts lately and need reminder of this one in order to help me banish them every time!
The resurrected one is one of my favourites too; I'm glad I've reached that day!
Don't know about Terri, but this one's my favorite today:
"As important as it is to keep picking yourself up and brushing yourself off, it's also important to stop tripping over your own two feet."
=)
LOVING the thought about fixing your mind to the fact that life IS a gift - and that itself brings happiness. Wisdom for sure!

Thanks all. Looks like I'll have to let folks like the ones they want, but, Ilse, you did identify the resurrected one.

"The first step is always the awareness that everything has always been an illusion - so let it go." Desteni Universe

"Once you fix it in your mind that life itself is a gift, you begin to find happiness in just about everything."
Best wishes
Sylvie,
Thanks for the comment, although I'm not sure what you said.
Blu,
Great to have you comment here again. You are one the originals.
smiles both,

My 2cents:considering the life after life and that we are sent back to live our life again as a punishment or to learn a lesson/mistake we did in our previous life, you decide if it is a gift after all..
On the other hand the heaven/hell everyone thinking/pondering about is on earth(my opinion) it is the life itself, how you live through it, is your ultimate quest for eternal peace, can you die happy?(funny as it sounds i hope you can understand what i mean). If you were saint enough God wouldnt send you back (re-born) you stay up there in your eternal rest/peace, but if you are back ,then *hell* where did I do wrong again..It is Just something to think about.. who knows...
