Off To Italy
Joan and I are taking a two-week bus tour of Italy. If you've stopped by to check out the calendar, please click the link over on the right sidebar. Ciao.
If it's Tuesday, it must be Venice!
Watercolor by Joan Brault
Under every full moon
I recall a lagoon
Where a mandolin played,
And memories stir
Of the dreamers we were
And the plans that we made.

My goodness! I didn't realize your wife is an artist. And a very talented one at that. Your friend across the pond impresses me, too. I wish you'd have Joan show more of her pictures. Does she have a website? donkimrey@gmail.com
Don/Anon, Randi, Joan thanks you and I thank you. I'd love to do a watercolor calendar (or two), and I'm working on both Joan and our "friend across the pond" right now.
Ken, Ah, our friend across the pond. Thanks, Ken, I'll try to tough it through. (smile)
Robert, I wish you and Joan thousands of wonderful sights and sounds in Italy. AND, I agree....calendars, note cards, even refrigerator magnents: You 'n Joan together: Magnificent!
Wow - an artist and a writer! The Dynamic Duo has all bases covered! I think watercolor may be my most favorite medium. I'd love to see more. Meanwhile, got your calendars yesterday, and they're as wonderful as anticipated. The recipients will be very happy (and I'm keeping one!) Have a wonderful time, but that's a given.
One of my favorite places. And thanks for the update about the calendar. I'll be buying multiples. Have a grand time. Eat Gelato and more gelato and more gelato.
All, Hello from Sorrento. Spent the day on the Isle of Capri, yeesteday on the Amalfi coast. Off to Assisi tomorrow. Joan and I thank you for kind comments and best wishes. vocalise, we're indeed eating our share of gelato. Thanks much for interest in the calendar.

Maybe your next calendar should be a collaboration with your wife's art! Beautiful painting. Have a splendid time in Venice.
Of all the places I would like to be right now...I'm a tad jealous :)
I don't need to tell you to have a good time.

Jan,
Indeed a wonderful trip -- and now wonderful to be home. Thanks.
Hi Robert! What an amazing couple of weeks you've enjoyed. Now, take it easy, contemplate, and whip up some of those wonderful quotes of yours! :)
Becky,
Thanks. I definitely need a few days. Not a thought in my head at the moment. I just hope I haven't lost the knack entirely.
smiles,
rb
