FYI, Bob: We aren't sure how long it took the Magi (doesnt say there were three. Caspar, Melchior, and Balthasar are legends. When the slaughter of the innocents occurred, it included young children up to age two, not the word for infants new born. Allowing for the fact that a cruel, nervous despot may have been unduly thorough, there's a window of time. If the wise men began their journey the night the star started shining, coming from a distance may have taken weeks, or months.). Anyhow, don't take too much time off. I'm among those who check by frequently for a Bob Brault "fix." A joyous, meaningful Christmas season to you. don
