First Thoughts for 2013

"In the end there doesn't have to be anyone who understands you.  There just has to be someone who wants to."

We all know someone to whom we'd like to say, "You cannot offend me, but that doesn't mean you're not offensive."

"It is easy to forget sometimes that the daily kindnesses we call love are still kindnesses."

"I would rather be mortal and know that death is inescapable than be immortal and know that life is inescapable."

"No matter how the world knows us, we are known to our friends by the things that make us happy."

"We think we know...but tend to act...as if we know it...for a fact."

Eventually there is a knock on the door, and a voice says, "Come, I will show you where the time went."

"Life is a vale of tears in which there are moments when you just can't stop giggling."

"After tragedy, listen to what children say to reassure each other, and then try to make that explanation come true."

"First you become the person you were born to be, and then you realize you can do better."

Hi Robert! This one is my favorite:

"Eventually there is a knock on the door, and a voice says, "Come, I will show you where the time went."

That's how I've been feeling lately!
