I've started a few blogs on grammar/pronunciation issues but have always backed off. I've discovered that some folks consider it a basic freedom to mispronounce words. Joo-lu-ree is one of them.

I like the second one best....as a mother, I spend time each day doing very little of value as far as the world is concerned. But as far as my children/grandchildren are concerned, I hope that time spent tying shoes, wiping noses, helping with schoolwork, and kissing skinned knees is invaluable!!

It is seeing ourselves in others that often prompts the remark, "There's something about that person I don't trust."

The quote above reminds me of one of my all-time favorite quotes that I believe is attributed to Confucius: "We never think to look behind an open door unless we have hidden there once ourselves."
